SECTION 44-30.1-6

   § 44-30.1-6  Priority. – (a) The division of taxation has priority over the claimant agency forcollection of tax liabilities. After this priority, the department of humanservices has priority, to the extent necessary for the enforcement of childsupport orders issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, over any otherclaimant agency.

   (b) The department of labor and training has priority, to theextent necessary for the collection of benefit overpayments and interest owedover any other claimant agency.
