SECTION 6A-1-206

   § 6A-1-206  Presumptions. – Whenever title 6A creates a "presumption" with respect to a fact, or providesthat a fact is "presumed," the trier of fact must find the existence of thefact unless and until evidence is introduced that supports a finding of itsnonexistence.
