SECTION 6A-1-305

   § 6A-1-305  Remedies to be liberallyadministered. – (a) The remedies provided by title 6A must be liberally administered to the endthat the aggrieved party may be put in as good a position as if the other partyhad fully performed but neither consequential or special damages nor penaldamages may be had except as specifically provided in title 6A or by other ruleof law.

   (b) Any right or obligation declared by title 6A isenforceable by action unless the provision declaring it specifies a differentand limited effect.
