SECTION 6A-2-611

   § 6A-2-611  Retraction of anticipatoryrepudiation. – (1) Until the repudiating party's next performance is due he or she can retracthis or her repudiation unless the aggrieved party has since the repudiationcancelled or materially changed his or her position or otherwise indicated thathe or she considers the repudiation final.

   (2) Retraction may be by any method which clearly indicatesto the aggrieved party that the repudiating party intends to perform, but mustinclude any assurance justifiably demanded under the provisions of this chapter(§ 6A-2-609).

   (3) Retraction reinstates the repudiating party's rightsunder the contract with due excuse and allowance to the aggrieved party for anydelay occasioned by the repudiation.
