Statutes > South-dakota > Title-1 > Chapter-16j > Statute-1-16j-31-16J-3. Authority reports to Department of Tourism and State Development. The authority is attached to the Department of Tourism and State Development for reporting purposes. The authority shall submit such records, information, and reports in the form and at such times as required by the secretary of the Department of Tourism and State Development. However, the authority shall report to the Governor at least annually.
