10-1-32. State's attorneys to assist in prosecution of violations of tax and assessment laws. The secretary of revenue and regulation shall require state's attorneys to assist in the commencement and prosecution of actions or proceedings for penalties, forfeitures, removals, or other punishment for violation of the laws of this state with respect to the assessment and taxation of property in their respective counties.
