10-6-49. Director of equalization to establish assessed valuation for property in school district. Notwithstanding other provisions of law, the director of equalization in the county of jurisdiction as defined in §§ 13-6-59, 13-6-1, and 13-5-14 shall annually, in cooperation with the directors of equalization in the other counties in the joint district, establish the assessed valuation for all property in the school district.
