Statutes > South-dakota > Title-16 > Chapter-02 > Statute-16-2-4416-2-44. Use of court automation fund money. Any money in the Unified Judicial System court automation fund shall be used by the Unified Judicial System to be used with any other moneys otherwise appropriated to pay necessary costs for court automation projects to improve information or case management systems or the administration of justice.
