Statutes > South-dakota > Title-16 > Chapter-04 > Statute-16-4-116-4-1. Contract for publication of opinions--Payment. The Supreme Court of the State of South Dakota is hereby vested with full and complete authority to arrange and contract for timely publication of its opinions from time to time, as may be required, which contract shall be paid for from moneys appropriated for this purpose.
