Statutes > South-dakota > Title-16 > Chapter-05 > Statute-16-5-1716-5-17. Special and adjourned terms of circuit court. The circuit judge may by order provide for the holding of such additional special terms, or adjourned terms as the pending business, in his judgment, requires.
