Statutes > South-dakota > Title-16 > Chapter-05 > Statute-16-5-2616-5-26. Adjournment of circuit court to day certain or until notice--Jury panel retained. At the end of any sitting, the circuit court may adjourn the term from time to time to a day certain or until the further notice and order of the court, in which case the same jury panel shall report as may be ordered.
