Statutes > South-dakota > Title-17 > Chapter-02 > Statute-17-2-1817-2-18. Weekly publication constituting publication for stated number of days. Unless the context otherwise plainly requires, whenever publication is directed by a statute or rule of court for a stated number of days or for not less than a stated number of days before or after the event to be noticed, it shall mean the publication once where the stated number of days is ten or less and at least once a week for two consecutive weeks where the stated number of days is eleven or more and only the first publication must be made prior to the stated period of time.
