Statutes > South-dakota > Title-21 > Chapter-17a > Statute-21-17a-1121-17A-11. Seizure of property. At the time of service of a writ of attachment, the sheriff or constable shall seize, in his county, so much of the property of the defendant as will satisfy the demand of the plaintiff with costs and expenses.
