Statutes > South-dakota > Title-21 > Chapter-25a > Statute-21-25a-2221-25A-22. Payment of expenses of proceedings. Except as provided in §§ 21-25B-22 and 21-25B-25, unless otherwise provided in the agreement to arbitrate, the arbitrators' expenses and fees, together with other expenses, not including counsel fees, incurred in the conduct of arbitration, shall be paid as provided in the award.
