Statutes > South-dakota > Title-22 > Chapter-02 > Statute-22-2-322-2-3. Acts punishable under law of different sovereign. No act or omission declared punishable by any statute of this state is less so because it is also punishable under the laws of another state, government, or country, unless the contrary is expressly declared by statute.
