Statutes > South-dakota > Title-23 > Chapter-03 > Statute-23-3-39-323-3-39.3. Fee for person not employed as officer for training program. The Law Enforcement Officers Standards Commission may establish by rule a fee to be paid by those residents admitted to a training program under § 23-3-39.2. The fee shall be reasonably related to the cost the State of South Dakota incurs in providing the training to the trainee.
