Statutes > South-dakota > Title-23 > Chapter-05a > Statute-23-5a-1023-5A-10. Fingerprints to be provided as identification of person. A fingerprint or fingerprints shall be provided from a person convicted of, or adjudicated delinquent for, a qualifying offense for the purpose of verifying the identity of that person.
