Statutes > South-dakota > Title-25 > Chapter-07a > Statute-25-7a-3125-7A-31. Order for withholding--Contents. The order for withholding shall direct any payor to withhold:
(1) An amount equal to the order for support; and
(2) An additional amount not less than ten percent of the order for support, until payment in full of any delinquency.
