Statutes > South-dakota > Title-25 > Chapter-09b > Statutes-25-9b-504-25-9b-50525-9B-504. Liabilities of employer in compliance with income withholding order. An employer who complies with an income withholding order issued in another state in accordance with this chapter is not subject to civil liability to any individual or agency with regard to the employer's withholding child support from the obligor's income.
