Statutes > South-dakota > Title-27b > Chapter-03 > Statute-27b-3-2427B-3-24. Eligibility for voluntary admission. If it is determined that any other person would benefit from supports and services offered at the South Dakota Developmental Center, that person may be admitted on a voluntary admission basis in accordance with procedures established by the Department of Human Services.
