Statutes > South-dakota > Title-27b > Chapter-03 > Statute-27b-3-3927B-3-39. Adjustment of payments by one county for residents of another. Expenses paid by one county, on behalf of any person at the South Dakota Developmental Center whose residence is in another county, shall be refunded with lawful interest by the county of residence.
