28-1-72. Promulgation of rules. The Department of Social Services shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, relating to:
(1) Eligibility criteria;
(2) Refund amounts or levels;
(3) Payment provisions;
(4) Household reporting requirements; and
(5) Recoveries.
