3-6A-42. Records of administrative costs--Billing of agencies using federal or special funds. The personnel commissioner shall maintain accurate records reflecting the costs of administering the provisions of this chapter. At the close of each quarter-year period the commissioner shall summarize the cost and shall bill each department, office, institution, or bureau which receives support from the federal government or nongeneral fund support, for a pro rata share of the administrative cost based on the quarterly average number of employees in the service of all the departments, offices, institutions, or bureaus for the appropriate calendar quarter.
