3-7-14.1. Probationary period--Civil service benefits on conclusion of period. An individual upon accepting employment with any law enforcement agency covered by the Law Enforcement Civil Service Commission shall be placed on a twelve-month probationary period. During this time the individual may be dismissed without cause. On the conclusion of this twelve-month probationary period any individual under covered employment shall receive, without notice, all benefits, rights, and privileges granted by the Law Enforcement Civil Service Commission.
