3-7-18. Promulgation of rules. The Law Enforcement Civil Service Commission shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 governing examinations, appointments, transfers, discipline, retirement, standards of conduct, adverse action, political activity in employment, hours of work, equal opportunity, complaints, grievances and appeals to the commission, and the maintaining and keeping of records of efficiency of officers and employees.
