3-7-3. Officers of commission--Meetings--Quorum. The Law Enforcement Civil Service Commission at each annual meeting shall elect a chair and vice chair for the ensuing year. The commission shall meet at all necessary times at the call of the chair, or a majority of the commission. A majority of the members constitutes a quorum.
