33-6-5.3. Tuition privilege for National Guard members enrolled in graduate courses under control of board not subsidized by general fund. Notwithstanding the provisions of § 13-55-23, eligible national guard members enrolled in graduate courses under the control and management of the Board of Regents not subsidized by the general fund are entitled to a benefit of fifty percent of the in-state resident tuition to be paid to the institution by the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
