Statutes > South-dakota > Title-34 > Chapter-05 > Statute-34-5-1234-5-12. Unauthorized removal of distressed food as misdemeanor. No person shall remove, salvage, destroy, or convert for personal use any distressed food at the site of a disaster without consent of the secretary. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
