Statutes > South-dakota > Title-34 > Chapter-11a > Statute-34-11a-1234-11A-12. Board of directors--Election--Certain persons ineligible. Permanent organization shall be effected by the election of a board of directors consisting of not less than five residents of the district. No employee of the ambulance district may serve as a director.
