34-12E-3. Posted invitation to discuss professional fees. A physician licensed pursuant to chapter 36-4, dentist, optometrist, podiatrist, psychologist, or chiropractor shall post in a conspicuous place the following invitation to discuss fees or charges: SHOULD ANY PATIENT WISH TO DISCUSS FEES OR CHARGES, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO ASK ABOUT THEM.
