34-20A-51. Determination of persons admitted for treatment--Referral to other facilities. Subject to rules adopted by the Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse, the administrator in charge of an accredited treatment facility may determine who shall be admitted for treatment. If a person is refused admission to the facility, the administrator, subject to rules adopted by the division, shall refer the person to another treatment facility for treatment if possible and appropriate.
