34-20B-101. Federal funds--Disposition. The departments of health and human services and the attorney general may accept and expend any federal funds for drug abuse prevention, intervention, care, treatment, rehabilitation, planning, education, law enforcement, or any other drug abuse activity, in accordance with legislative appropriations procedures. Any grant of money so received shall be deposited in the state treasury in a special fund to the credit of the Department of Health or human services or the attorney general and shall be used for the purpose for which it is given or granted.
