34-21B-2. Enactment offer to compact with Arizona. The enactment of this compact by the State of South Dakota is an offer to compact with the state of Arizona under the terms and conditions of this compact. This offer to compact shall only be binding on South Dakota if accepted by Arizona through its enactment into law of this compact prior to acceptance by California of the compact offer made in SL 1986, ch 296, adopted by the Sixty-first Session of the South Dakota Legislature and signed by the Governor on March 15, 1986.
