Statutes > South-dakota > Title-34 > Chapter-23a > Statute-34-23a-2434-23A-24. Analyses of maternal mortality. The Department of Health shall monitor and analyze maternal mortality. The department may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning reporting related to maternal mortality, on death certificates or by other means, as will assist it in performing such analyses.
