Statutes > South-dakota > Title-34a > Chapter-01 > Statute-34a-1-4434A-1-44. Issuance and enforcement of orders. In addition to any other powers conferred on it by law the board shall have power to issue such orders as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter and enforce the same by all appropriate administrative and judicial proceedings.
