Statutes > South-dakota > Title-34a > Chapter-05 > Statute-34a-5-1734A-5-17. Election on increase in number of trustees. The board of trustees may by resolution submit to the voters the question of whether the number of trustees shall be increased to five at a special election called for that purpose, or at the next regular election.
