34A-5-27. Employment of personnel for district--Professional assistance. The board of trustees shall have the power to employ and prescribe the duties and fix the compensation of all necessary officers and employees of said sanitary district, and to employ such additional engineering, legal, financial, and other professional assistance as it may deem necessary.
