34A-14-13. Purchase and canceling of bonds, loans, or other obligations by authority--Reasonable price. The authority, subject to such agreements with bondholders or other agreements as may then exist, may purchase and cancel its bonds, loans, or other obligations out of any funds available therefor, at any reasonable price which, if the bonds are then redeemable, may not exceed the redemption price then applicable plus accrued interest to the next interest payment thereon.
