Statutes > South-dakota > Title-35 > Chapter-01 > Statute-35-1-335-1-3. Revenue department personnel not to be engaged in alcoholic beverage business. Neither the secretary nor any of the secretary's employees may, directly or indirectly, have any interest, financial or otherwise, in the production, transportation, storage, or sale of alcoholic beverages.
