Statutes > South-dakota > Title-35 > Chapter-04 > Statute-35-4-4835-4-48. Restrictions on sales of spirits and wines by distillers. Distiller licensees may sell distilled spirits and wine only:
(1) For export outside of South Dakota in interstate commerce;
(2) To wholesale licensees.
