36-2A-13. Liability for reports of practicing while impaired, or of diversion program participant's progress. Any person, agency, institution, facility, or organization making reports to the participating board or diversion program regarding an individual suspected of practicing while impaired or reports of a participant's progress or lack of progress in the diversion program is immune from civil liability for submitting a report in good faith to the diversion program. Members and staff of the participating boards, diversion evaluation committees, and program personnel acting in good faith are immune from civil liability for any actions related to their duties under this chapter.
