36-4-31. Proceedings for cancellation, revocation, or suspension of license, certificate, or permit. The proceedings for cancellation, revocation, or suspension of a license, certificate, or permit shall be conducted in compliance with chapter 1-26. However, the Board of Examiners may dispense with the requirement of prior notice and an informal meeting set forth in § 1-26-29 if the board finds that the public health, interest, or safety require otherwise or that willful acts have been alleged.
