Statutes > South-dakota > Title-36 > Chapter-04b > Statute-36-4b-2436-4B-24. Immunity from liability of supervising physician--Exception. No physician who supervises the functions of emergency medical services personnel licensed and authorized pursuant to this chapter, including advanced life support personnel, may be liable for any civil damages for any emergency medical services personnel, where the life of a patient is in immediate danger, unless the act or omission was the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
