Statutes > South-dakota > Title-36 > Chapter-05 > Statute-36-5-2836-5-28. Revocation or suspension of registration. The registration of a chiropractic assistant may be revoked or suspended upon violation of any section of this chapter or of any rule adopted by the Board of Chiropractic Examiners. All proceedings concerning the revocation or suspension of a registration shall conform to contested case procedure set forth in chapter 1-26.
