Statutes > South-dakota > Title-36 > Chapter-09 > Statute-36-9-3036-9-30. Proof of education required of registered nurse. An applicant for a license to practice as a registered nurse shall submit to the board written evidence, verified by oath, that the applicant has completed an approved four-year high school course of study or the equivalent thereof as determined by the appropriate educational agency, and has completed an approved program for the preparation of registered nurses.
