Statutes > South-dakota > Title-36 > Chapter-09 > Statute-36-9-4736-9-47. Reinstatement of lapsed license or certificate--Fee. Any licensee or certificate holder who allows her license or certification to lapse by failure to renew the same as provided in §§ 36-9-45 and 36-9-45.1 may be reinstated by the Board of Nursing on satisfactory explanation for such failure to renew and payment of the required fee.
