Statutes > South-dakota > Title-36 > Chapter-09a > Statute-36-9a-3136-9A-31. Revocation or suspension of license--Procedure. Any proceeding relative to the revocation or suspension of a license shall conform to the procedures set forth in chapter 1-26. A license may be revoked or suspended only at a hearing attended by a quorum of the members of each board.
