Statutes > South-dakota > Title-36 > Chapter-18a > Statute-36-18a-5336-18A-53. Employee not responsible for corporate violations--Exception. A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter by a business entity is not grounds for the revocation, suspension, or refusal to renew a license of an individual employee of the business entity unless the board finds that the employee was a party to the violation.
