36-21A-61. Biennial registration--Fee--Cancellation upon failure to register--Reinstatement. A person or firm licensed either actively or inactively under this chapter shall register every two years with the commission and pay a fee set by rule promulgated by the commission pursuant to chapter 1-26 not to exceed two hundred dollars. The application for renewal of a license shall be made to the commission by November thirtieth of the year the current license expires. Failure of a person to register results in cancellation of the license on December thirty-first. The license may be reinstated by filing a new application and requalifying as provided by this chapter.
