36-21A-66. Late renewal application--Fee. A licensee who fails to file an application and fee for biennial registration may suspend the cancellation of the license by filing a late registration application and a fee in an amount not to exceed twenty dollars for each month or fraction of a month that has passed since November thirtieth. The fee shall be set by the commission by rule promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26. However, no late application may be accepted by the commission after June thirtieth.
